We’ve seen product launches and announcements come through left and right at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. It’s an exciting time of year for the tech industry, and if you geek out on gadgets like us, you’re probably watching closely.
Yesterday, you told us on our Facebook page that smartphones were the electronics category you believe will have the most innovative gadgets at CES this year, and that certainly seems to be true. Let’s look at a few of the major standouts we’ve seen in the sea of new smartphones.We’ve talked about the Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4G here before, and we still think it’s one of the most exciting and innovative new smartphones on the market. It’s already available on AmazonWireless for Verizon customers, and is soon to be available to those of you on Sprint, too.  Here’s a rundown of the specs on the world’s first smartphone running on Android 4.0 (a.k.a., Ice Cream Sandwich):
